Individual Therapy
I provide psychotherapy to individuals struggling with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, life transitions and relationship difficulties. My approach to treatment is active and collaborative and involves bringing together evidence based emotion-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and relational interventions in order to best meet the needs of my clients.
Short-term Therapy
This is a good option for folks who are not looking for long term support but instead for focused yet flexible intervention. Short-term therapy can range from 4-10 sessions, spaced out in a way that best supports your needs and can include a personalized written document to support your work outside of the office.
